Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! :-) When and where shall we meet? The only times I have openings this week are Tuesday around 1230 and wed around 4. Next week I am more available. Oh, I am so excited to start making my own kombucha, I just love the GT gingeraide....I know I won't be able to duplicate it but if I can come close that'll be good enough. :-)

There is at least one GREAT thing about cold winters - - rather than treking to the compost pile a few times per day, we can keep a storage bin right outside our kitchen door on our deck for holding compost....and it stays frozen and odor-free. Seeking medical doctor with "holistic approach" ??

A gal approached me the other day looking for a medical doctor in Omaha, NE who has at least somewhat of a "holistic" approach. She's trying to figure out a few of her ailments and would prefer to visit a homeopath, but her hubby insists she visit an MD who accepts their health insurance, first.
